For profit companies that just don’t make any money
Web sites to raise money for neighborhood parties
Home Owners Associations in gated communities (duh!) or any community for that matter.
Organizations where some of the money goes to a charity. We had one that would be nice enough to give 5% to a recognized charity if we would host their site for free.
Very nice people trying to start a business at home and have not made any money yet.
Not so nice people operating a business at home that too have not been successful.
